Building Facade Renovation in Bulle

January 10, 2025

This project involved the complete renovation of the facade of a residential building located in downtown Bulle. The goal was to breathe new life into this 1960s building while improving its aesthetic appearance.

Work completed

Surface preparation

The first step was to carefully prepare the surfaces. Light sandblasting removed old flaking paint layers and thoroughly cleaned the facade. Cracks were filled and surfaces smoothed to ensure a flawless result.

Exterior painting

Once the preparation was complete, our team of painters applied a high-quality facade paint, resistant to weather and UV rays. The color chosen in consultation with the co-owners brings modernity and brightness to the building.

Final result

The building has been completely transformed. The residents are delighted with the result, which enhances their living space and improves the overall appearance of the neighborhood. This project demonstrates our ability to carry out renovation work in urban environments, while respecting deadlines and neighbors.
